We are Cervecería Paracaidista (MX slang: nomad, traveller)
Our mission is to introduce the world to a new perspective on Mexican beer. Forget your bland, watery lagers with a lime wedge. This is beer born in the streets of Mexico City, on the mountains of Monterrey, and the beaches and cliffs of Ensenada and Puerto Escondido.
This is authentic Mexican craft beer, brewed by Mexicans.

The Fat Mariachi
Mexican Lager, 5.5%
A Mexican Lager actually brewed by Mexicans. Light bodied without sacrificing drinkability. Refreshing and dry, but with enough character to dominate on taste. Yeast is reminiscent of those big macro lagers you see on TV, but better. -

Belgian for the Beach
Mosaic DH Saison, 5.5%
Our flagship daydrinking beer. A hoppier take on a classic Saison, with a generous dryhopping of Mosaic, with notes of pineapple, guava and white fruit. Drinks light and dry, with some yeasty white pepper notes. Hazy (as it's unfiltered) but not too heavy.

Mexican West Coast IPA, 6.1%
The perfect mash-up for our love of WCIPAs and the memories of chill sunsets in the Oaxacan coast. Dry, aromatic and with that OG bitterness, this is as crushable an IPA as we can make it. -

Six Strings and a Beat
Hazy DIPA, 8%
Originally brewed for the 7th Anniversary of our brewery in Mexico City, this DDH DIPA is big, hoppy, hazy and boozy. Expect notes of mango, pineapple, guava and citrus and that classic New England the kids go crazy for these days. -

Viena Viena
Mexican Style Vienna Lager, 4.8%
First brewed for our Mexico City Taproom, we decided to bring this favorite back for our 1 year anniversary in the US. An homage to the evolution of the Vienna Lager featuring a dry, light body and a red-Indiana corn which lends a dash of masa-sweetness, this beer drinks easy as they come.

We started with a simple idea: beer should reflect imagination, movement, and openness to change. Our roots are in Mexico City, but our identity has always been shaped by collaboration and exploration rather than a single place or formula. We approach brewing as an ongoing process of discovery, drawing inspiration from culture, people, and new perspectives to create beers that feel distinctive and alive.
What drives us is the pursuit of character and authenticity in everything we make. We focus on thoughtful brewing, bold ideas, and a willingness to evolve while staying true to our independent spirit. Each beer represents where we are at that moment — shaped by experience, shared effort, and a commitment to making something worth remembering.
