Blood, sweat and barley.

We are Cervecería Paracaidista, a project born from curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that beer should never stand still. We began in Mexico City with little more than conviction, creativity, and a desire to explore what Mexican craft beer could become when freed from expectations. From the beginning, we chose the path of a nomadic brewery — brewing where opportunity and collaboration allowed us to learn, experiment, and evolve with every batch.

We believe beer is a conversation. It connects people, places, and ideas, and it deserves to reflect the diversity and creativity of the culture around it. Rather than follow trends, we have always sought to challenge them, exploring styles, ingredients, and processes that push beyond the familiar while remaining grounded in balance and drinkability. Each release represents a moment in our journey, shaped by the people we work with and the communities that support us.

Our approach has always been independent and collaborative at heart. We work alongside brewers, artists, and friends who share our passion for experimentation and authenticity, creating beers that tell stories rather than fit categories. For us, brewing is not only about what ends up in the glass, but about the experience and dialogue that surrounds it.

We continue to evolve, guided by the same spirit that started it all: take risks, stay curious, and keep redefining what Mexican craft beer can be.
